WHAT´S GAB SHIBA ?
GAB SHIBA is the comic/art project created by the minds of CROSS & ZURDO and also an apparel company based in Mexico CIty. Since 2016, We’ve done our best to create compelling an amazing stories tru our various comics and also to take some time and in making fun designs that you can use to express yourself. We particularly love animals (especially shibas), sexy garments in a cute/wholesome way, and high contrast colors!

We try to take the weekends off and can't always get to emails every business day, but we'll try to answer ASAP.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED ?
- For USA & Canada, we do have a fast shipping option tru USP, an a economic shipping option tru USPS and Canada Post
- For the rest of the world, it would be tru your local post office according to the country you live, (send us an email if you would like an upgrade to UPS, so we can quote the shipping price)
- For México, we do use Correos de Mexico & FEDEX

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED ?
- For Orders with Non- Preorder items, are shipped in 1-3 days, though sometimes we may take a bit longer if we experience an influx of orders.
- For Orders with Preorder Items, they would take the 1 month minimum (for the items to be make) + the shipping time

HOW FAST WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE AFTER BEING SHIPPED ?

- UPS FAST SHIPPING: 7 - 9 days ( Only USA & Canada)
- USPS ECONOMY SHIPPING: 25 - 30 days (Only USA)
- LOCAL MAIL SERVICE: 25 - 30 days (rest of the world)
- FEDEX: 3 - 4 days (Only México)

Please note these estimates are for normal conditions. Due to Covid these times may take twice as long and we're unable guarantee any delivery date until things calm down.

DO YOU PAY INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTY OR FEES ?
No, sorry. Any customs fees/duties are the responsibility of the recipient. (which happen very rarely) Please become familiar with your local law to know how these fees apply to your order.

HOW DO THE GARMENTS FIT ?
Each item will have a sizing chart at the bottom. Not all products fit the same way, so be sure to double check the sizing. For the most part our shirts, tank tops, and underwear fit a bit slim. If you're in between sizes it might be a good idea to choose a size up.

Our t-shirts run very true to American sizing.

MY GARMENT DID NOT FIT OR BOUGHT THE WRONG SIZE/THING BY ACCIDENT, WHAT DO I DO?
We do provide an exchange option, of course, EMAIL US, so we can send you the correct garment size or design but we´ll need you to return us the garment that does not fit, feel free to use USPS or your Local Mail Service in it´s cheapest service.

Remember that exchanges are only available on brand new, unused, unwashed items. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package -- will depend on available stock. Please email us!

If the new item also does not fit, we will repeat the same process above or process a refund (if you would like to)

SOMETHING IT´S OUT OF STOCK, WHEN WILL IT BE COMING BACK ?
Some items won't be restocked since we periodically discontinue items to make room for new ones or are in a limited run. For items that will be restocked, we have no set schedule, but, we do share that information in our social networks like our Twitter @gabshiba

HOW DO I CARE MY APPAREL ?
- Graphic tees/tanks/etc can be washed by flipping inside-out, washing on a cold cycle, and putting in the dryer on low.
- All Underwear Garments are best washed by flipping inside out, washing on a cold cycle, and hanging to dry.
- Face masks can be washed cold and hung to dry.
